Goods delivery
The goods are delivered by Regular Airmail and do not need to be signed for upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at info@steroidspharmacy.net quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order.
Delivery Time
The average delivery time to United States is 5-12 days, to Europe is 3-10 days. In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. If you do not receive your packages within 30 days and you do not receive a seizure letter do let us know. We will provide you with further instructions.
Shipping info
All orders are shipped within 1-5 days once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship via Regular Airmail only.
Order Cancellation
In case of need to cancel an order, you are able to do that within 12 hours after payment completion. You must send an email to info@steroidspharmacy.net requiring your order cancellation & containing order #, your name, shipping address. Otherwise your order will be fulfilled & charged respectively.

Claims & Refund
If you have not received your order within 30 days and you do not receive a seizure letter do let us know. We will provide you with further instructions. In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is impossible, we will make a full refund of the purchase price. Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to reship your order until you scan the letter and the papers inside it and send them to us at info@steroidspharmacy.net
